Returns & Refunds

The customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to cancel their purchase, provided that they have not used the product, and it is returned in its original, undamaged and sealed packaging. If a product is sealed, the seal must not be broken. A receipt for the purchase of goods must be included.

If the above conditions are met, and after the product has been received and reviewed by the seller, a refund will be given. When returning a product they have purchased, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping fee; shipping costs are not reimbursed.

If the package is not collected by the customer from the post office, the seller reserves the right to withhold the cost of return shipping.
