Product Orders

All orders placed during weekdays are processed within 24 hour. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm local time and orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday. 

• Orders from within Iceland should be placed via our IS store at chitocare.is and are sent via Pósturinn.
• Orders from within the UK should be placed via our UK store at chitocare.co.uk and UK are sent via Royal Mail.
• Orders from the EU and rest of the world should be placed via our global store at chitocare.com and are sent via Iceland Post.

Product Delivery

Iceland Post delivery, warranty and transport terms apply to the delivery of the product. Please note that domestic mail may take up to 2-4 days to arrive. International mail may take up to 10 days to be delivered.

Delivery to a post office within Iceland is free of charge. Home delivery requires a small fee. Other post office or delivery charges may apply depending on the the delivery service and/or desired delivery destination. 

Customers are responsible for providing the correct postal address, and clearly marking the correct mailbox or PO box for delivery. If a product is not in stock, we will contact the customer and announce the estimated delivery time, or offer a refund for the product in question.
